Videographer

As a Videographer with WBAC you will: 

• Capture and edit diverse content from across the business and around the UK.  
• Film and edit content to create engaging colleague communication and training materials across various channels including WhatsApp, Facebook, Tik Tok and Carees Site.
• Create content for training purposes that is both engaging and informative for our retail colleagues.
• Plan and deliver campaign shoots from start to finish including all aspects of video production.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, proposing new ideas to keep our brand at the forefront of content for our colleagues.
• Work closely with all departments, especially our retail team to develop strong relationships to capture relevant business content.
• Ensure all design briefs for content are met, collaborating across departments to deliver these 
• Managing all pre and postproduction aspects from storyboarding to editing for video content that aligns with our brand and what we are all about.
• Track content metrics such as views, shares, engagement of content created. 
• Ensure all relevant camera equipment is maintained and in working order. 

Requirements: 

• A current full UK manual driving license 
• Manage multiple projects at the same time, and build strong relationships across the business 
• Meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload 
• Excellent proficiency with editing software e.g. Adobe Premier 
• Experience creating engaging content across social media channels 
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills 
• Proficiency with a range of camera equipment and pre/postproduction techniques 
• Strong skills in video storytelling, editing and production
