Regional Retail Manager
Basic Salary: £34,000 + Car Allowance
OTE: Circa £70,000

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and motivating Retail Branch Managers across your region to deliver results
- Leading from the front through daily calls, weekly 1-2-1’s and regular branch visits
- Driving purchase objectives and ensuring your region hits ambitious growth targets
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Regional or Area Manager within a fast-paced retail or service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, resilient, and commercially astute
- Full UK Driving Licence
